Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager to ensure all project work is executed in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
• Liaise with clients and manage teams of Sub-Contractors and Technicians to ensure successful project execution and completion.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
• Develop comprehensive site work plans and oversee scheduling, material requisitions, cost control, project supervision, and documentation.
• Supervise work quality assurance and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Attend project briefings and participate in site meetings.
• Respond promptly to urgent circumstances requiring immediate action, including emergency assignments.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly project progress reports.
