· Convert 3D laser scans of existing facilities into Revit models for design and coordination.

· Carry out site checking and verification to ensure BIM models reflect actual conditions.

· Monitor site progress and update models to capture construction changes.

· Produce and deliver accurate as-built drawings from coordinated BIM models.

· Perform BIM-based analysis, including exhaust pressure loss calculations and airflow studies.

· Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and data extraction directly from BIM models.

· Conduct clash detection, coordination reviews, and model validation.

· Maintain BIM execution plans, modeling standards, and data accuracy.

· Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to integrate updates and resolve conflicts.

· Provide visualization models and as-built BIM deliverables to support client handover.

Requirements

· Formal BIM / Revit certification or training (ITE / Polytechnic / Professional BIM courses).

· Minimum 5 years of practical experience in BIM/Revit modeling for MEP or building services projects.

· Strong skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; BIM360 or equivalent collaboration tools a plus.

· Experience in 3D scan-to-BIM conversion of existing facilities is highly advantageous.

· Ability to carry out exhaust/duct pressure loss calculations using BIM tools.

· Proven experience in quantity take-off / BOQ preparation from BIM models.

· Strong experience in site checking, monitoring progress, and producing as-built drawings.

· Familiarity with Singapore BIM standards (BCA, SS CP83, ISO19650) preferred.

· Experience with data exchange platforms (preferably BIM360 Docs and BIM360 Collaborate Pro) for storage and exchange of design information, including design reviews, markups, comments, 2D drawings, and 3D CAD model viewing.

· Good communication and teamwork skills to work in multi-disciplinary project teams.

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd(VSMC), a joint venture between Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) and NXP Semiconductors (NXP) has started construction on a 300mm wafer manufacturing facility in Singapore, targets automotive, industrial, consumer, and mobile end markets.

Role Summary:

You will be responsible to deliver robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing process with data driven analytics and systemic problem-solving skills in the specific module (Diffusion, Etch (Dry &WET), Photolithography, Metrology, Physical Vapor Deposition, Thin Film -Chemical Vapor Deposition or Chemical Mechanical Planarization).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and sustain production process, assist in running and verifying process recipes on respective module tools.
• Work closely with process engineers to monitor manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintain with quality and urgency.
• Continuously improve process stability and capability, enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards.
• Assist to conduct experiments, analyse complex data sets, and derive actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes and precise controls
• Support to analyze production anomalies and maintaining/improving statistical process control (SPC) methods to establish and uphold robust manufacturing processes.
• Operate under rotating shifts (day/night), including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 fab environment.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Diploma’s or higher degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical  Engineering or STEM related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Process Associate Engineer.
• Experience in a 12’’ (300mm) fab environment is highly preferred.
