Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior DevSecOps & Cloud Architect to help design, implement, and standardize a modern application platform based on Angular frontend and .NET (C#) backend on AWS Cloud.

This role will play a critical leadership position in defining best practices for application architecture, security, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, enabling scalable and secure delivery across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define reference architecture for Angular + .NET applications on AWS
• Lead implementation of DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, SCA, secure SDLC)
• Design and build end-to-end CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deploy automation)
• Establish cloud architecture standards (EKS/ECS, API Gateway, RDS, S3, VPC)
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
• Create reusable templates, pipelines, and frameworks
• Drive security, scalability, and reliability across applications
• Enable development teams with best practices and tooling

Required Skills

• Strong experience in:
  • .NET / C# (ASP.NET Core)

• Deep expertise in:
  • DevSecOps & CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
  • AWS Cloud services & architecture

The Site Reliability Engineer ensures the reliability, availability, and performance of web services and applications within the Python development squad. This role bridges development and operations, focusing on building scalable systems, automating processes using Python, and maintaining high service uptime. SREs work closely with Python developers, QA engineers, and product teams to embed reliability into every stage of the software lifecycle, leveraging Python as the primary language for tooling, scripting, and automation.

Responsibilities

• System Design & Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable systems, with Python-based services and microservices as the primary stack.
• Monitoring & Observability: Build and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems using Python-native tooling (e.g. Prometheus clients, OpenTelemetry SDK, structlog); proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
• Automation & Tooling: Develop and maintain automation tools and internal libraries in Python to streamline operations, reduce manual intervention, and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration: Partner with Python development squads to ensure new features are designed with reliability in mind; conduct code reviews for reliability-critical paths; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Incident Management: Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence; participate in on-call rotations for critical systems; maintain runbooks in version-controlled Python projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability through Python best practices, including profiling, benchmarking, and dependency management.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum 2 years in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles.
• Strong Python proficiency — including async frameworks (asyncio, FastAPI), ORM frameworks (Django), testing (pytest), packaging (Poetry/pip), and scripting.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Role Overview

As a ML Quality Assurance Engineer at Derq, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our computer vision and machine learning based products. You will work closely with our development team to design and execute comprehensive test strategies, identify and report defects, and help improve the overall quality of our customer facing AI products, using data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI development and product teams to understand product requirements and design effective test plans and test cases for AI based products
• Strategize evaluation methodologies, gathering data and evaluation reporting
• Perform data analytics on large datasets
• Monitor and track anomalies within product’s content and statistics
• Train and deploy ML models to help boost product performance
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of test processes, methodologies, and findings
• Keep up to date with advancements in the field to optimize internal processes and workflows
• Interface and coordinate with Engineering team

• Python, Javascript and SQL Knowledge/Experience
• Familiarity with classical Machine Learning Models such as Random Forest, SVM, Naive Bayes

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Data Engineer with strong experience across cloud-agnostic data platforms, focusing on Snowflake, to design, build, and optimise data pipelines for clients across Southeast Asia and APAC.

You’ll be part of an integrated Intelligen consulting team, working closely with our architects, senior consultants, and client-side technical stakeholders. This role is ideal for engineers who are hands-on, delivery-driven, and comfortable working in fast-moving, iterative project environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build data pipelines across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP)
• Build and optimise data solutions in Snowflake
• Develop robust ETL/ELT solutions and data models to support enterprise analytics
• Optimise performance, scalability, and reliability across cloud data architectures
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical outcomes
• Contribute to data governance, quality, and lineage initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Australia and APAC
• Support pre-sales, technical design sessions, and proof-of-concept (POC) work

• 3–5+ years’ experience in data engineering roles
• Solid Snowflake experience is essential, including schema design, performance tuning, and warehousing best practices
• Strong, hands-on ETL expertise
• Ideally experience with SQL, data modelling (dimensional/domain), and modern data stack tooling.
• Ability to operate in “doer mode”, comfortable rolling up sleeves and delivering quickly in line with agreed standards
• Consulting experience is a plus but not required; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to deliver independently within a structured consulting engagement.
