As a Sales CRM Controller & Process Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for users and corporate teams (Sales, IT, and others) on all CRM topics related to sales processes. You will work closely with sales teams and system users to ensure process adherence, data quality, and operational efficiency. Position description – Your fields of activity at a glance

• Ensure adherence to corporate sales processes within CRM; identify deviations, track resolution, and report on compliance KPIs to sales leadership

1. Sales Administration & Order Processing
