YOUR ROLE 
The role of Senior Sales Manager plays an integral role in the business strategy for PALO IT Singapore. The role holds a significant position in our overall operations, making it imperative for someone to provide comprehensive oversight and take charge of its sustained expansion and progression. · Monitor competitive activity and industry trends, fosters competitive solutions to meet sales goals.

· Timely submittal of forecasts, weekly reports, monthly highlights and other related reports of the market to Managing Director.

· Regular and proactive updating of management on any new developments in the marketplace for example: competitor behaviors, product issues, customer changes, wins or potential misses

· Maintain intensity, persistence and continually strive to increase market share.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum a bachelor’s degree in any field.

· Minimum of 3 years in medical product management experience (Sales) and minimum of 1 years in sales team management.

· Strong understanding of the medical industry.

· Excellent communications and relationship development.

· Analytical and independent.
