Summary:

· Understand our customers business, behavior and company structure to provide a solution through efficient technical and commercial service/support to all customers.

· Check on market information about our competitors’ activities, e.g. products, stock, prices and organizational changes in the assigned Sales area and provide a monthly report to the company management.

· Establish healthy relations to existing and potential customers in order to create and maintain their confidence in the reputation of the products and increase company's brand awareness in the market.

· Maintain good rapport and close relationship with customers in particular key accounts so as to gain clear understanding on customer needs through regular customer visits.

· Regional Champion and Facilitator for Sales Development

• Process employee data in the HRIS system and monthly payroll to ensure its accuracy
• Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of subordinates in the HR department
• Provide advisories to the management with regard to employment issues which includes labour legislations, best local labour practices, company manpower practices and ensure legal compliances with all statutory requirements
• Reviewing human resources policies and procedures
• Hands on with HR issues such as employee relations, grievances, complaints and provide counselling / guidance
• Prepare and discuss on regular HR reports

Requirements：

Finance Manager(Tech/FS)

About the Role

We are representing our client in search for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations across Singapore and overseas entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, group accounting policies, and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts for Singapore and overseas entities, including expense claim reviews, journal entry preparation and review, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation.
• Oversee accounting activities for overseas entities and review the quality and accuracy of work performed by outsourced accounting service providers.
• Coordinate and support tax filing and compliance matters in Singapore and overseas jurisdictions.
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with local banks, including bank reconciliations, account opening support, KYC documentation, and banking correspondence.
• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate annual statutory audits, including the preparation of audit schedules, supporting documentation, and management explanations.
• Support group management reporting, financial analysis, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with finance operations and accounting reviews for Singapore and other business entities.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information in accordance with group accounting policies and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Singapore tax regulations.
• Familiarity with U.S. or Hong Kong tax regulations will be an advantage.
• Singapore CA qualification (completed or in progress), AICPA, HKICPA, or equivalent professional certifications are preferred.
• Prior experience in the Financial Services, FinTech, Technology, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Experience with a Big Four accounting firm or a reputable accounting practice in Singapore is an advantage.
• Knowledge of US GAAP or Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards will be a plus.
