• Be responsible for the overall safety and health of the work force under his supervision and charge.

Contract and Cost Management :

• Acts as shipyard’s main representative and be responsible for the refit / conversion / new build of the vessel as per owner’s contractual specifications / requirements.
• Administers the project specification and incorporates any changes in the work scope in the defect list.
• Assists to quote for work variations and facilitate billing as required.
• Maximises returns to shipyard and maintain project cost control.
• Establish and maintain an effective good project HSEQ programme to meet the established targets.

Customer Relations :

• Provide customer service, taking care of the needs of the Superintendent and Ship’s Officers.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ability to lead the Project Team to achieve excellence in the project.
• Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
• Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering
• Require to obtain either Advance Certificate in Construction Productivity,Certified Construction in Productivity Professional or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity （CCPP/SDCPCCPP/SDCP）
• Minimum 2 years and above of project management experience with any scale of construction project.
• Computer skills- Using Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word & PowerPoint, etc.
• Certify in (CSCPM) Construction Safety Course for Project Manager or Manage Workplace safety & health in construction site lvl 4

About the role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join Cloudwise International Business Group based in Singapore. You will be responsible for designing and executing a winning sales strategy. This includes using competitive analysis and market insights to segment customers and strategically position our solutions to drive significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle for the assigned territory, focusing intensely on new customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and closing high-value deals.

• Develop and execute focused Strategic Account Plans for named Major Accounts to maximize long-term sales growth, revenue generation, and market coverage.

• Deliver committed sales targets by actively engaging with potential customers' senior management, networking strategically, and personally driving complex deal closure.

• Proactively develop and manage the opportunities pipeline, ensuring accurate and consistent sales forecasting.

• Provide consultative sales expertise in the domain of AIOps / ITSM / ITOM, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on IT Operations strategy.

• Lead the creation and delivery of professional technical presentations and business proposals/tenders tailored to specific customer requirements.

• Actively network and engage with customer executives to understand their overall business strategy, key drivers, and IT roadmap

• Identify the customer’s business and IT strategy to architect and drive innovative solutions that deliver measurable value and improve profitability and customer satisfaction

• Passionately lead strategic conversations, deliver compelling business reviews, and facilitate high-level technical discussions to secure client buy-in.

Minimum Experience

• 5+ years of proven success in Senior Sales Management, Strategic Sales, or Enterprise Account Management.

• Sector expertise in either the Financial Services Industry (FSI) or Government sector.

• Demonstrated experience in the software or SaaS industry, preferably with solutions related to AIOps / ITSM / ITOM.

• Executive Presentation Mastery: Exceptional ability to structure, design, and deliver clear, compelling, and concise presentations to C-suite and senior management.

• Business & Analytical Acumen: Highly skilled in leveraging business acumen and analytical abilities to strategically assess client goals and drive results.

• Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across different departments while motivating internal and external teams to achieve results.

• Full professional proficiency in written and verbal English is required with basic conversational in Mandarin to effectively communicate with counterparts in China.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience within the shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or related industries.
• Existing network and strong industry relationships within the logistics and transportation sector will be highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting sales teams is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/sales management tools.
