JERA Global Markets manages a large global fleet of over 20 owned and spot mid-term charters and will be responsible for driving further growth in this activity.

• Accountable for updating the LNG business for all new and existing maritime regulations that impact business activities.
• Support new and emerging trading opportunities, providing technical solutions for associated commercial challenges
• Review and support negotiation of SPA/MSPA/CN Clauses and address shipping related contractual matters within LNG sales Agreements
• Support and provide input on ship/shore compatibility issues where required
• Collaborate and work with vessel owners considering Owner’s marine policy or vessel related structural or technical challenges pertaining to potential trading activities

ABOUT THE ROLE

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Between the two founding front-office hires, employees must have a total of: 5 years fund management and 5 years dealing experience. Expect one person to hold fund license and one person to hold dealing license.

  • Develop and own SMU's Search Everywhere strategy, covering traditional search engine optimisation (SEO), Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), social search, and emerging voice and multimodal discovery surfaces.
  • Establish governance frameworks and standards for search discoverability across owned digital assets, ensuring consistent application across web, campaign, social, and research content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Planning and Implementation
  • Facilitate the University's strategic planning framework, including the coordination of both short-term and long-term planning cycles across departments. This involves aligning departmental plans with the University's overarching strategic objectives and priorities.

Assistant Manager, Regional Human Capital Management

Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager, Regional Human Capital Management (HCM), plays a critical role in supporting and driving regional HR initiatives across Company Group subsidiaries in Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO). Working in close partnership with the Senior Manager, HCM, this role contributes to the development and implementation of strategic HR frameworks, strengthens regional HR operations, and supports the delivery of key talent management programmes.
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting day-to-day regional HR activities, leading cross-subsidiary initiatives, ensuring robust HR data governance, and providing guidance to regional HR focal points to promote alignment and operational excellence across the region. The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical HR professional with strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities, demonstrating the ability to drive continuous improvement and contribute effectively to regional HR excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Regional HR Operations & Process Optimization (30%)

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience
