TCA Design & Build is growing and we need a Senior Project Manager who can own a landed residential construction project end-to-end — programme, site sequence, subcontractor coordination, authority inspections, and weekly reporting — without the director chasing a single item.

This role is for someone who has delivered Singapore landed rebuilds or A&A projects independently and knows the full construction sequence from demolition to TOP by heart.

What you will own:
Full construction programme from mobilisation to TOP. Site sequence planning and subcontractor coordination. Authority inspection scheduling and calling — hoarding permit, structural, M&E, waterproofing, TOP. Weekly site report to Director every Monday. Subcontractor management and progress accountability. Budget tracking in coordination with QS.

What you must bring:
Minimum 8 years experience in Singapore construction. Singapore landed residential rebuild or A&A experience is non-negotiable — applications without this will not be reviewed. Ability to produce and own a construction programme independently. Knowledge of the full authority inspection sequence for landed residential. Ability to control foremen and subcontractors under pressure without escalating to the Director.

You will not be a fit if:
You have managed HDB, condo, or commercial projects only. You cannot produce a construction programme without help. You push every site decision to the director. You do not know the authority inspection rhythm for a Singapore landed rebuild.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for Office of Postgraduate Professional Programmes (OPGPP).
• Branding and Digital Marketing
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with the Office of Corporate Communications and Marketing (OCCM), spanning web, social media, email, and print collaterals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all postgraduate programmes, including marketing collateral, product messaging, and user experience, in alignment with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights on digital reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Outreach and Events
  • Support the planning and execution of recruitment fairs, open houses, partner university sessions, coffee sessions and corporate outreach events.
  • Coordinate with faculty speakers and Schools to ensure strong, coherent representation of each programme.
  • Evaluate event outcomes and ROI, and incorporate feedback to strengthen future outreach activities.
• Market and Channel Specialisations
  • Provide support to designated geographic market (e.g., China, India/South Asia, ASEAN, Rest of World) and a programme cluster (e.g., Finance/Accounting, Analytics/Computing, Innovation/Management, niche programmes).
  • Support the development and execution of region-specific outreach strategies that address local market needs and trends.
  • Ensure that programme messaging is accurate, compelling, and aligned with market expectations.
  • Collaborate with Schools to refine content and uphold programme credibility across marketing channels.
• Cross Functional Work
  • Integrate regional insights into overall marketing and recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with Academic Directors and relevant stakeholders to ensure programme visibility and differentiation are maintained.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing, admissions, and programme objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is required with at least 3 years of experience in marketing, recruitment, or business development, preferably in higher education, professional services, or a related industry.
• Proven track record in student recruitment, lead generation, and conversion management for postgraduate or executive education markets is an asset.
• Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of international education markets (e.g., China, India/South Asia, ASEAN) and sensitivity to cross-cultural communication is an asset.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage internal stakeholders and external partners effectively.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Job description:

• Accountable for selected Business Unit (BU) marketing activities in the regions
• Work with respective BU teams to identify, define functional requirements of the product managers, commercial marketing managers, for new capabilities and enhancements that help drive product evaluations and support to business partners
• Develop and execute the pricing strategy for the region in cooperation with BUs (ensuring regional and global price alignment)
• Define target customers, segment and product strategies for the region across BUs
• Conduct regional market analysis to understand the region’s trend and requirements
• Establish and implement policies and guidelines regarding product promotion, marketing, pricing activities, processes, internal support structure/matrix to increase efficiencies, productivity and customer engagement
• Define and execute product promotion and design win programs for the region
• Support regional sales and distribution sales teams with appropriate collateral to enable design-ins
• Joint work with Marcom and respective BU product teams in organising global tradeshow / exhibition to showcase our new product & technology; aim to create brand awareness and new business opportunity
• Continuously assess and review of team performance to ensure that KPIs are on track and delivered
• Capable of managing a number of priorities and deliverables in an operational, interrupt driven environment with minimal guidance or supervision

Requirements:

• A degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of semiconductors experience, with a marketing function or product management focus
• Good knowledge in pricing strategies, customer pricing negotiations and product portfolio management
• Prior experiences with Power Discrete especially on Power MOSFET, THYRISTOR, DIODE, IGBT will be advantageous.
• Natural leadership skills and the ability to work with all teams in the company
• Advanced soft skills and intercultural competencies as well as enthusiasm in order to navigate between customers, multiple internal cross-functional stakeholders and management
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, and fluency in Chinese (for effective communication with the China team) is a strong plus
• Ability to drive, coordinate and structure cross-functional and cross-regional activities and business partners
• Willingness and ability to travel globally
• Open-minded and a great attitude towards supporting new products beyond a familiar setting
• Ability to navigate and work in an inexplicit environment
