Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee Sales of commercial vehicles for BYD Singapore.

• Prepare yearly target and sales plan (yearly & periodic forecast) for achieving Sales target.

Job Requirements:

• Any Degree but preference would be given to Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales, Operations or Project Management.

Job Purpose Summary:      

To assist in the administration and secretarial duties for Singapore companies managed by the Company, while supporting the Corporate Relationship Manager in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities/Duties:

·      Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters for clients, ensuring compliance with statutory development and updates

·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records and registers for Singapore/offshore companies

·      Coordinate, prepare, review minutes, resolutions, forms and other corporate documents for clients

·      Oversee regulatory deadlines for Singapore/offshore entities, such as lodgement of Registers, filing of Annual Returns and holding of Annual General Meetings etc.

·      Manage CorpPass and Work Pass matters (where applicable)

·      Onboard new clients, conduct due diligence checks and manage ongoing monitoring

·      Manage client invoicing and debtors

·      Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures

·      Keep up to date with regulatory, statutory, and compliance requirements within Singapore and other jurisdictions where Trident Group has a presence

·      Proactively establish and maintain relationships with clients through consistent communication such as in person, virtual, email, telephone and messaging

·      Assist in maintaining client relationships through effective and consistent communication and providing support on corporate services matters

·      Support the training and development of resources in other offices to enhance quality of work and efficiency

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

This position reports to the Plant Manager, Kulim and will be responsible for planning material and production requirements to support the plant's short-, mid-, and long-term needs. This is a strategic position with the expectation that the candidate will eventually take over overall Material Planning and Production Planning. 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Material Planning:

• The person will be working very closely with the Demand and Production Planning to ensure direct materials and consumables short, mid and long term demand are properly understood, aligned, planned and purchased.
• The person will be responsible and accountable to ensure that the material inventory levels are kept within our forecast and work with Procurement, Global Procurement and Suppliers to continuously drive improvements in terms of lead time, pricing, sourcing for business continuity, quality and delivery.
• Prepare monthly reports and quarterly reports such as KPI report, Risk Inventory Report, Spend Data Report for cost saving, Supplier On Time Delivery (OTD) Performance Report and Supplier Performance Review Report.

Production Planning:

• Production planning and forecast management for respective production lines.
• Inventory management to streamline production, meet on-time delivery and achieve inventory performance targets.
• Capacity analysis and improvement.
• Production planning by quarterly according to the analysis of historical order, forecast, capacity and inventory status.
• Overall responsible for production schedule to meet delivery targets and shorten end-to-end lead time.
• Keep good communication and relationship with customers.
• Outsourcing management.
• Own full Oracle launch in Operation.
• People management and coaching.
• Work with the financial departments to come up with sales, contribution margin and spending plan, drive execution to meet the target.
