Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Provide monthly consolidated progress reports to customer.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by customer.
• Coordinate and conduct monthly Progress Report Meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation circulation, and minutes submission.
• Proactively inform customer of delays or risks impacting delivery and propose alternatives.

Monitoring & Performance

• Track milestones, achievements, and delays.
• Monitor manpower effort, budget status, and service performance.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and project requirements.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Scrum Master to track product backlog, integration/testing, deployment, and change management.
• Collaborate with Technical Manager and Solution Architect on system setup and infrastructure.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure system security management and adherence to standards.

Qualities We Value

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in large-scale IT or aviation-related projects.
• Proven track record in managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Experience in risk management, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
