Role Overview

This is a group-level leadership role driving Talent Acquisition for centralised recruitment across NHG Health’s cluster of institutions. Leading a team of recruiters across Medical, Nursing, Allied Health and Pharmacy, you will shape how NHG attracts, engages and hires talent at scale.

What You’ll Do

1. Shape Talent Strategy & Pipelines

• Ensure alignment with the Global Middle Office strategic roadmap, the bank simplification and re-platforming agenda and growth strategy.

• Drive global consistency and transparency through the Global Middle Office by defining and enforcing a clear, well defined and

globally consistent catalogue or services, procedures and processes across the East Structured Credit & Structured Equity MO global footprint.

• Monitor, set, and achieve established department goals during day-to-day operations as well as serve as point of escalation for

complex issues and manage resolution of issues and new business request.

• Drive Operational readiness for new business areas within East Structured Credit & Structured Equity.

• Lead the booking model design for new products within East Structured Credit & Structured Equity MO.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with proven track record as an Engineering Lead / Solution Lead in large-scale enterprise environments

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in implementing AI/ML solutions within a banking environment, ideally within Wealth / Private Banking use cases (e.g. client insights, personalization, RM tools)

• Strong expertise in solutioning & architecture design, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions

• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies, with experience delivering complex initiatives in Agile environments

The incumbent has overall responsibility for the management of all operations in Singapore.

This role has responsibility for overseeing Global Delivery’s workforce in Singapore and delivery of the processes and services in partnership with global business and corporate function leaders. The role provides leadership and oversight across the entire footprint in Singapore while ensuring the appropriate structures and accountability are in place with senior stakeholders in the US, Europe and APAC. The role is also responsible for the governance and oversight for areas of compliance within the Singapore regulatory framework.

What you will be responsible for

• Execution and monitoring of Global Delivery service delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring that services delivered across all Global Delivery functional areas are executed in line with service level requirements while leveraging local leadership and developing global and regional best‑practice solutions for clients.

• Partner with global and regional leadership to review the effectiveness of the operating model and build strategies for transformational change aimed at creating synergies and enhanced client outcomes.

• Ensure appropriate integration of Global Delivery into risk and compliance frameworks are established across all business areas and corporate functions operating in Singapore.

• Ensure Global Delivery functional leads are focused on appropriate allocation of resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the areas of responsibility and continuously improve overall resiliency.

• Provide leadership for staff on the ground through the establishment of governance, management routines and strong partnerships with global business and corporate function leaders.

• Partner with global business and corporate function leaders to optimize current budgets and planned investments in Singapore.
