Why this role is important to us

The incumbent has overall responsibility for the management of all operations in Singapore.

This role has responsibility for overseeing Global Delivery’s workforce in Singapore and delivery of the processes and services in partnership with global business and corporate function leaders. The role provides leadership and oversight across the entire footprint in Singapore while ensuring the appropriate structures and accountability are in place with senior stakeholders in the US, Europe and APAC. The role is also responsible for the governance and oversight for areas of compliance within the Singapore regulatory framework.

What you will be responsible for

• Execution and monitoring of Global Delivery service delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring that services delivered across all Global Delivery functional areas are executed in line with service level requirements while leveraging local leadership and developing global and regional best‑practice solutions for clients.

• Partner with global and regional leadership to review the effectiveness of the operating model and build strategies for transformational change aimed at creating synergies and enhanced client outcomes.

• Ensure appropriate integration of Global Delivery into risk and compliance frameworks are established across all business areas and corporate functions operating in Singapore.

The State Street Alpha team is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Lead to drive solutions for our clients across all aspects of our Alpha Front to Back platform. Applicants should have a proven track record of understanding and aligning client requirements with enterprise solutions by collaborating with stakeholders including global business architects and product owners to identify business solutions that meet client and product outcomes. This role will be engaged from the start of any new client/prospect interaction, driving solutions and operating model design through the sales process, supporting the implementation to ensure the solution delivered is in line with expectations, and supporting the ongoing client relationship to ensure the client receives maximum value from the Alpha platform.  Applicants should be comfortable working in a high growth, complex, fast paced environment helping to drive the firm’s strategy and Alpha product capabilities. This role will have a particular focus on supporting large, multi asset class, global Investment Managers and as such, applicants should have extensive front to back experience across both public and private markets within the investment management industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior, trusted client partner, managing relationships, communication, and client sentiment throughout solution design and delivery

• Consult with Clients to understand their strategy, business objectives, operating model needs and challenges

• Provide subject matter expertise and industry experience to lead Alpha solution discussions
