Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth for Leaf CRM. 1. Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the agriculture sector
2. Engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions
3. Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets
4. Providing excellent customer service and building strong, long-lasting relationships
5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new sales avenues
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
7. Reporting on sales performance and providing data-driven insights to inform business strategy

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the agriculture industry
