Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report to the Chief Engineer for the general maintenance of all buildings, mechanical and electrical plant rooms in the Hotel.

• Oversee and carry out preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing, whether conducted by contractors or in-house technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible and in-charge of the individual project;
• Ensures QEHS control of works as per the drawings and specifications, method statements, Works Quality Plan requirements and In-House EHS Rules & Regulations for the block(s) or area(s) he or she is assigned to;
