Job Description

SHINE Programme Management and Operations 
•             Support the coordination and execution of SHINE research programmes in close collaboration with the Programme Director, principal investigators, researchers, and stakeholders.
•             Monitor programme deliverables, milestones, KPIs, and reporting timelines across SHINE projects and research thrusts.

Qualifications

Get to Know the Role

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of outgoing products within high-volume manufacturing environments, in alignment with specifications and quality standards. This role is essential in verifying that all products meet customer requirements, internal benchmarks, and regulatory obligations before shipment. You will also support quality assurance activities, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold consistently high standards in product delivery.

Essential Responsibilities

• Inspect finished goods, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
• Validate completeness and accuracy of outgoing documents, including reports and certificates of conformance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure only compliant products are shipped
• Monitor outgoing quality metrics and support responses to internal and customer inquiries
• Assist engineers in quality initiatives and track the effectiveness of implemented actions

Other Responsibilities

• Participate in review and improvement of outgoing quality procedures and workflow

Skills and Competencies Profile

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related field, fresh graduates may apply, OR
• 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, or prior experience in quality assurance, is preferred

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Soft Skills:

• Able to work independently with initiative and strong accountability
• Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and familiarity with quality inspection procedures

Additional Information

• Willing to work in a 12-hour rotating day / night shift (4 working days / 3 rest days / 3 working days / 4 rest days)
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and perform overtime as and when necessary

MediaTek Physical Verification team is looking for qualified candidate to be part of a team that define and enable physical sign-off flow and solutions for SOC design. The candidate will be enabling technology in advanced technology nodes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Co-work with PDK team to code and maintain DRC/LVS/ANT/ERC/LPE/ESD rule deck for various processes
• Develop layout implementation flow and physical verification flow
• Co-work with QA team to reduce the PDKs/Rule deck defects
• Perform full-chip physical verification such as debugging DRC/LVS/ERC
• Implement automation scripts in C-shell, Python and Perl

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering / Computer Science
• With a min. 8 years of relevant experience in IC Design Industry
• Familiar with IC Design front-to-backend flow
• Familiar with interposer design, TSV technology and chip stacking techniques such as CoWoS or EMIB with 2.5D and 3D ICs experiences. (Must have)
• Preferably well-versed in Calibre, ICV
• Proficient in script programming, such as, Tcl, Perl or C-shell
• Proficient in UNIX (Linux) platforms
• Strong communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills

• Responsible for test and measurement businesses in the assigned territory.
• Formulate and implement market segments & territory sales plan to achieve growth targets.
• Derive and execute action plans to develop new markets and penetrate accounts.
• Establish strategic partnerships with government organizations, research institutions, universities, and key accounts.
• Coordinate with business units and marketing teams in new product launches and pursue opportunities in emerging technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in the selling process such as planning, forecasting and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sales objectives.

Job Requirements

• Preferably 2-3 years of technical sales/application experience in the test and measurement industries.

• Exercises strong initiatives, assumes ownership and ability to perform under significant pressure.
• Possess a valid driving license with own vehicle.
