Job Responsibilities
1.Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Middle East and Central Asia and other emerging markets aligned with the Company’s strategic sectors, including infrastructure, aviation, healthcare, urban development, and mixed-usedevelopments.
- Support the preparation and coordination of proposals, expressions of interest (EOIs), tender submissions, and related business development materials.
- Maintain and monitor a pipeline of potential projects and business opportunities.
2.Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key clients including government agencies, developers, investors, and strategic partners.
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Support senior management in managing strategic client accounts and engagements.
3.Market Intelligence and Strategy
- Monitor market developments, industry trends, and government initiatives relevant to the Company’s areas of practice.
- Provide periodic market updates and strategic insights to management to support decision-making and business planning.
4.Partnership Development
- Identify potential partners for collaborations, consortiums, or joint project pursuits.
- Assist in coordinating discussions and engagements with partners in support of project bids and market entry initiatives.
5.Internal Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams across different disciplines to support coordinated project pursuits.
- Facilitate collaboration between business development and technical teams to ensure alignment in project proposals and client engagements.
6.Representation
- Represent the Company at client meetings, industry events, and relevant professional engagements, as required.
- To perform other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be assigned by the Company from time to time in support of its business development and operational objectives.
7. Emerging Market & Client Relationship Management
- Support the Company’s business development and market expansion initiatives in Singapore and selected emerging markets.
- Focuses on strengthening client relationships, identifying new project opportunities, and supporting the pursuit and execution of strategic projects.
Job Qualification
- Degree in any discipline, preferably Architecture, Engineering or Communication.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Middle east or Central Asia.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, ability to speak and read well.
- Proven expertise in conducting market research to drive business decisions.
- Able to articulate complex data findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Frequent travel to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Central Asia.
