Our client manufactures electric materials that helps build diverse smart devices ranging from smartphones and table PCs to core materials such as LCDs, semiconductors, and automobiles.
They are expanding there presence in South East Asia and is looking for an Accounts/ Admin Assistant.
Responsibilities:
*Review shipping documents (Sale invoices, purchase invoices, customers’ PO, delivery order) and maintain proper record for internal control & external audit compliance
* Prepare sale and purchase list for completeness and accuracy of Sale & AR, AP recording in the system
* Liaise with various departments for discrepancies, omitted or missing Sale, Purchase, AR, AP & Inventory posting in the system
* Review AR aging reports and notify the person in charge for delay or late payment of the customers & to take necessary action and follow up with Sale operation support team
* Prepare monthly statement of accounts to customers, follow-up and resolve issues with internal and external parties if there are any discrepancies
* Reconciliation of information on system with SAP system records before uploading and transmitting data to IRAS Tax portal for accounting record & submit GST Tax returns in compliance with regulatory requirements
* Prepare Payment Voucher for suppliers’ payment & staff claims reimbursement
* Provide support in accounting and finance related matters such as Data entry of invoices, payments and receipts into SAP accounting system
* Assist with contract management, documentation handling, seal report registry and other compliance matters
* Maintain proper filing, accounting records, organize filing systems for audit readiness and data retrieval
* Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies and relevant accounting regulations
* Handle daily various administrative, office operational duties and coordinate with internal department & external parties for smooth business operations
* Provide ad hoc support in other aspects of finance and office maintenance, support the team and business needs
Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in Accounts
Able to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
* High level of accuracy and detail-oriented
* Self-motivated, good communication interpersonal skills and able to work
independently on operational tasks while supporting team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficient in MS Words & Excel
* Able to communicate in Chinese is necessary to work with Customers
