Job Description:

• Take off quantities and participate in private and public project tenders;

• Assess and submit monthly progressive claim and recommend subcontractors’ monthly progress payment.

• Certify and evaluate progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both main contract and subcontract works;

• Responsible to prepare necessary documentations from shortlisting to award contracts, process include evaluation, comparison and recommendation;

• Monitor records and manage all correspondences, meeting minutes, variation orders relevant to the Main Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers;

• Prepare method of statement and work procedure;

• Assist the project team in-coordination with consultants; safety personnel regarding safety related matters;

· Do awarding of subcontracts and preparation of subcontracts related documents;

• Sourcing and purchasing of materials and related products needed for production;

• Finalise main contract and subcontract’s final account.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building or equivalent;

• Minimum 4 years of local working experience in construction industry;

• Knowledge of AutoCad and Revit will be an advantage;

• Well versed in both public and private Conditions of Contract used in Singapore;

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills and a team player;

• Meticulous in work and analytical skill in problem solving;

Job Description
The Lorry Crane Driver is a driver and operator of Lorry crane. Performs ad hoc duties as
and when required and maintain company’s vehicle.

Responsibilities
Understand and comply with safety requirements.

Follow Singapore traffic regulations.

Drive the Lorry and also Operate the Lorry Crane transport materials and equipment.

Perform safe lifting operation at various site as required.

Perform maintenance on vehicles such as cleaning interior and exterior & report immediately if any defects.

Planning routes and travel schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods and diesel dispense.

Conducting vehicle maintenance checks to ensure that trucks are in good operating condition.

Loading and unloading freight using appropriate tools and equipment.

Keeping accurate records of trucking activities, including mileage and fuel consumption.

Must follow common safety regulations at Plant & Site.

Fetch workers to construction site (as and when required)

Requirements & Professional Skills
Minimum Primary Education
Able to communicate in basic English / Mandarin
Should Possess valid Class 4 / Class 5 Singapore Driving Experience
Should Possess WSQ certificate in Lorry Crane Operation or Equivalent
Physically fit, Self-disciplined, responsible, punctual, reliable
Minimum (2) years driving experience in Singapore is required
Minimum (1) year experience in operating Lorry Crane
Good familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic pattern is required.
Should have some minimal knowledge on Vehicle Maintenance and fault checking

Responsibilities:

- Prepare quotation, design ideas and work schedule.

- Project management: work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and client.

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office

- Process billings to customers and receipts from customers

- Check employee petty cash claims

- Check on reimbursement claims

- Ensure proper recording and filing of documents are maintained

- Filling and submission of Government claims

- Perform any other duties as assigned by Head of Department

Requirements:

- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Must have strong office and administrative skills and strong people skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work without supervision

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask

- Knowledge of MS office is required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Good team player and positive attitude
