Job Scope :

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Academic Department and supervise the academic staff
• Ensure staff involved in training, assessment an internal verification have access to and regularly participate in activities for continuous improvement
• Ensure sufficient and effective support is available for confirming decisions of new and inexperienced lecturers and internal verifiers
• Ensure students' projects and prepared practical work are forwarded on time
• Ensure any corrective actions required by external verifier are implemented within the agreed time scales
• Knowledge in automotive industry is an added advantage
• Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum Diploma in any fields. 05 years experience in managing staff

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare E-invoices, payment vouchers,debit notes, and credit notes.
