Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in desktop support, deskside services, end-user computing, or workplace technology environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading operations, service delivery, or technical support functions.
• Proven experience managing service delivery within enterprise IT environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and enterprise desktop environments.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint technologies.
• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms such as Intune, SCCM, MECM, or equivalent solutions.
• Experience with software deployment, patch management, desktop imaging, and device lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and workplace technologies.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments with high user volumes.
• Knowledge of automation, scripting, or process improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to workplace modernization, endpoint security, and digital workplace technologies.

The position will be tasked to support CEVA Ground day-to-day operations eg monitoring delivery products to customers, daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers and deliveries

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee time delivery of goods, while maintaining delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries and KPI are met
2. To be able to be contactable & assist operations outside Shift working hours and required to cover shift during offday
3. Ensure high level of customer service emphasized at all levels. Ability to effectively communicate with customers & vendors in a professional manner
4. To be able to escalate when customers & vendors are not in accordance with service level agreement
5. Ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities
6. Maintain frequent contact with peers and proper handover during shift Change
7. To ensure operations are running smoothly on Transport Management System and prepare reports as required

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 3 years of logistics, ground freight and transportation experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Understanding of key requirements for ports/shipyards in Singapore
