Job Description:

• Acts as the first point of contact or link between the Office and the Masters of the ships under his care.
• Provide navigational and operational information and support to the ship staff.
• Conduct scheduled Navigation, Mooring, Cargo and Bunker audit and internal audits to ensure alignment with the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Carry out ship inspections, which will include a minimum of one port or sailing visit on board with the associated reports.
• Ensure the efficient and satisfactory performance of the ships to meet charterers’ requirements.
• Assist in the selection of suitable Master, deck officers and ratings for ships under his care.
• Monitor and assess the work performance of Master, deck officers to cultivate a high-performing culture.
• Attend to Oil Major’s vetting requirements of ships under his care.
• Plan, coordinate and attend to new-building, delivery and sale of ships as and when required.
• Understand the relevant rules, regulations, codes and guidance that relate to the job description of each rank.
• Prepare, implement and monitor Deck Maintenance Programs (PMS-Deck).
• Prepare and monitor the budget, expenses, purchases and cost control relating to the deck department.
• Promote the health and welfare of ship staff.
• Carry out other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Certificate of Competency (Master – Unlimited with dangerous cargo endorsement (Oil & Chemical).
• Preferably to have 2 years experiences as Master in Tanker vessel and relevant shore-based experience.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Able and willing to travel overseas to visit or sail with company vessels or other assigned vessels as and when required.
• Singaporeans only.

Job Responsibilities

• Process payment of supplier invoices and crew payroll
• Review monthly bank reconciliation
• Handle enquiries on payment status
• Review bank statement periodically to ensure all payments are updated in system and cash book
• Monitor and manage cash positions across all company accounts
• Performs as the custodian of company's petty cash
• Liaise with bank on any bank related matter
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to treasury
• To perform other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or related professional qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Well-versed in MS Excel and competent in using Microsoft Business Central or other established financial software
• Exposure to a multi-currency environment
• A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• A person with integrity with can-do attitude, a team player with good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Carrying out maintenance, service and repair of all mechanical equipment (Diesel Engines, pumps, gearboxes, couplings, alternators, turbochargers, etc) on board all vessels as assigned by Workshop Manager

• Troubleshooting all the Mechanical equipment on board vessels

• Planning and executing the repair job in the most cost effective method

• Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and cleanliness in the workshop

• Attending to vessels Dry-dock as assigned by workshop Manager

• Carrying out any Retrofit job for new equipment installation on board vessels

• Any other duties as assigned by workshop manager and Management

Job Requirements:

We are looking for a person with Integrity, Commitment and Competency.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Marine Engineering / COC class III (Engine) from a recognized institution with 5 or more years of experiences in relevant engineering

• Able to read drawings and write service reports using PC or tablet

• A Hands-on person who like to work on site, on ship and in workshop

• Willing to sail on board vessels as riding Mechanical Engineer when required

• Willing to travel overseas when assigned

• Good working attitude and team player

• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule

• Good Experience working on high speed and medium speed diesel engine such as Cummins, Daihatsu, Hanshin, Akasaka, Caterpillar, Yanmar and others

• Liaising with agent or terminal for delivery and loading schedule

• Must possess the latest 2 days Advanced SS600 & SS648 certificates / 1 day SS648 cert (if you possess the old Advanced SS600 & TR48 certificates) and 1 day Refresher SS600 certificate

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, coordinate and effect ship staff change for assigned ships. 
• Liaise with external parties such as the port authority, flag state and Singapore Government Agencies for ship staff-related matters. 
• Conduct Ship staff recruitment. 
• Accompany crew for official shore matters if required. 
• Ensure correct certifications and documentations are in place for the crew.
• Monitor and effect the ship staff development plan in timely manner. 
• Monitor the appraisal or assessment of ship staff performance. 
• Administer and update Fleet Management System as per the Company's policies and procedures. 
• Ensure ship staff management are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. 
• Administer ship staff compensation, benefits and medical matters. 
• Provide manpower statistics when required. 
• Administer and assist Team Lead/Assistant Team Lead to implement training and development for the ship staff. 
• Make scheduled visits to assigned ships for ship staff matters. 
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Team Lead/Management.
