• Liaise and manage payroll vendors in overseas offices (e.g. Taiwan) to review and process payroll for overseas employees in compliance with local tax and labour laws. Check overseas payroll reports (e.gs. China).
• Handle monthly statutory submissions, including CPF, government paid leave, including national service leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, childcare leave, and other relevant obligations.
• Annual income tax preparation and declarations for employees in compliance with local tax regulations. This includes foreign employees’ tax clearance.
• Provide detailed monthly payroll reports to finance.
• Manage and oversee employee loan repayment, which could involve authorized deductions from employee salaries.
• Administer contracts and fees related to the company directors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or similar specialization.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR operations and is keen to pick up payroll processing that is part of this role. Added HR payroll processing/ managing payroll vendors is beneficial (but not a must)
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance for Singapore (mainly). Exposure to payroll matters for potential overseas locations is useful but not a must.
• Experience with payroll vendor migration and integration of HRIS to payroll system will be an advantage.
• Proactive, resourceful, highly organized, detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills.
• Demonstrate high integrity standards in handling confidential and salary-related information.

• Leading in-house engineering design works of Electrical / ELV System, including detailed design of MV / LV reticulation System, load calculation, voltage drop & fault level calculation, lighting lux simulation, lightning protection system, EVC System, access control system etc.
