Primary Purpose:

A Senior Performance Analysis Engineer will serve as a technical domain owner while delivering capabilities in support of maintaining a high level of system quality and vehicle behavior for our autonomous driving technology. Ideal candidates for this position must have experience with system and sub-system level analysis, verification and validation methodologies, and cross team collaboration across software, testing and project management groups. Different from a traditional Software Quality Assurance (SQA) role, this position uniquely cross-cuts across “testing and operations” functions on the right half of the systems V-model and “software development and systems / safety requirements” functions on the left half of the V-model.

Essential Duties:

• Take technical ownership of an entire domain/sub-domain/system/sub-system (e.g., localization, motion planning, perception, prediction etc.), and maintain deep technical understanding across the AV stack
• Serve as the primary point of contact for performance analysis within said domain.
• Provide diagnostic guidance across teams when escalations occur.

Purpose of the Job:

• To continuously improve Wafer processes and capabilities to attain the highest quality and productivity through work simplifications and standardization, implementation of best-known methods and controlled operating procedures

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Sustain and provide continuous process improvement through planning, evaluating, verifying and executing procedures to ensure that products meet all customers’ requirements in terms of quantity, yield and cycle time. 
• To provide interim and long-term corrective actions for any discrepancies.
• Liaise with customers & potential customers on development & improvement of process, material and equipment capabilities.

Scope of the Job:

• In-charge of photo resist coat, exposure, develop and curing process for PI (e.g. HD4100) and PR (Positive, Negative).  Different photo sensitive material is coated in different machines and different exposure machine types (steppers & aligners).
• Setup recipe for new devices.  Process characterization for every new device: coating thickness, exposure recipe and CD after develop. 
• Working closely with mask designer to continuously update wafer process design rules so to improve process capability and productivity.
• Perform continuous improvement activities for top defects, process simplification and throughput improvement.
• Monitor process capability in terms of input parameter control and SPC monitoring

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Requires Degree in Engineering, Material Sciences, Chemistry or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in wafer bumping or wafer fabrication
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant area is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, and servicing of marine propulsion systems, including waterjets, control systems, and associated equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults in propulsion and control systems
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, shipyards, and partners
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system documentation for fault-finding and repairs
• Support system integration, including electrical wiring, control interfaces, and mechanical alignment
• Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and marine regulations
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in emergency call-outs and travel regionally when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in marine, offshore, or heavy equipment service environments
• Strong knowledge of both electrical systems (PLC, control systems, sensors) and mechanical systems (hydraulics, rotating equipment)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to travel within the Asia-Pacific region and work offshore when required
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in dynamic environments
