About the Role
We are currently looking for DevOps Engineers to help build and maintain the infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for backend services, deployment workflows, server management, and maintaining stable and scalable systems for communication and related platforms.
We are looking for candidates who understand modern backend architecture, networking, APIs, and deployment processes. Candidates who are proficient in using AI tools while still understanding underlying backend and infrastructure logic are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
• Manage backend systems and server environments.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services.
• Monitor server performance, uptime, and system stability.
• Handle deployment, infrastructure setup, and server configuration.
• Support frontend and mobile app integration.
• Troubleshoot backend, networking, and server-related issues.
• Optimize backend performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in testing, deployment planning, and technical discussions.
• Maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable backend architecture.
Requirements
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience, with proven experience in different project types.
• Comfortable with a remote and on-call work culture.
• Experience with backend development and server environments.
• Understanding of APIs, networking, and databases.
• Familiar with Linux server management.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps and deployment workflows.
• Proficient in using AI tools while understanding backend/system flow and architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiar with Git and collaboration workflows.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Docker or cloud services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows.
• Experience handling scalable or high-traffic systems.
• Familiar with messaging or communication platforms.
