About the role:

At Goodnotes, we're on a mission to create the best medium for human and AI collaboration. You will join a talented, distributed Growth Marketing team across Europe and Asia, looking after ASO, Performance Marketing, and CRM. As our User Acquisition Manager, you will own the execution of our paid acquisition program across global markets — managing campaigns, measurement infrastructure, and experimentation. This role sits within a structured capital allocation framework - you’re expected to understand and contribute to market-level unit economics (payback windows, LTV/CAC, ROAS by market) that determines where we invest, not just how individual campaigns perform. You’ll work closely with Data Science, Product, and the broader Marketing team.

This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms — driving efficient user growth across global markets
• Own market-level unit economics reporting — tracking 1Y ROAS, payback period, and LTV/CAC — and translate insights into concrete optimization decisions
• Manage our MMP setup (Appsflyer or equivalent) and partner with Data Science on attribution models, including SKAdNetwork and multi-touch attribution
• Design and run incrementality measurement via geo holdout tests with Data Science
• Manage budgets within defined guardrails, reallocating capital across markets based on performance thresholds and pausing investment where markets fall below hurdle rates

The Role

The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales targets and margins, be involved from initiation to completion of sales cycles; with particular focus on maintenance sales, the incumbent will ensure high level of client engagement and identify development potential in existing accounts. About the team

The Fraud Operations team works to identify, investigate, and resolve fraudulent activity before it impacts Stripe’s business or users.  From merchant fraud to card testing and account takeover, our goal is to build a scalable, highly accurate organization of investigators to mitigate risk to Stripe and our users. The team is globally distributed and regularly coordinates with stakeholders across all regions.

What you’ll do

As the Manager of Fraud Operations, you will lead a team of high-performing fraud analysts and set an inspirational vision for the broader Fraud Operations organization. You will be responsible for driving the execution of short and long-term initiatives to futureproof the organization, ensuring it is well-equipped to scale and adapt to Stripe's highly complex and evolving fraud landscape.

Responsibilities

Minimum requirements

• Business-level proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required, as this role involves communications with our users in the Greater China region.
  
• 10+ years of experience in fraud/risk or management roles, including at least 2+ years of directly leading and developing high-performing teams.
  
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
  
• Passion for delivering a user-centric experience while effectively managing risk.
  

Preferred qualifications

• Expertise in fraud and risk management including data analysis, root cause analysis, and process improvement. Experience analyzing data and creating dashboards and visualizations.
  
• Strong proficiency sourcing and analyzing data using SQL.
  
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to develop and enhance investigative tools and treatments.
  
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by enforcing site procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of landscape works.
• Review project designs, specifications, and scope changes; assess impacts and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Define project objectives and deliverables in collaboration with management based on project proposals and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope allocation, resource planning, and sequencing of work activities.
• Assign responsibilities across project phases, manage subcontractors, and evaluate contractor bids and performance.
• Establish and monitor project timelines by determining resource requirements and coordinating project milestones.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required to support project completion.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management within landscaping, horticulture, or construction.
