As an Administrative Officer, you’ll provide essential administrative support to the Planning and Corporate Service Divisions. You’ll focus on IT asset management, document preparation for cybersecurity compliance, and time-sensitive operational tasks, ensuring everything is running smoothly and on time. This role will be vital in maintaining operational efficiency and meeting audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage IT assets, ensuring proper documentation for audits and cybersecurity compliance.
• Assist with the deployment of equipment for new staff and collect equipment from departing staff.
• Ensure all IT equipment is handled properly from stock-taking to return or disposal.
• Perform timely operational support, such as ensuring scheduled facilities work is completed on time.
• Help manage user access in systems and assist with IT and administrative matters.
• Attend to deliveries and manage mail.
