• Oversee disaster recovery readiness, capacity planning, and routine system patching.

• Collaborate with external managed service providers to ensure adherence to service level agreements.

• At least 10 years of technical experience in infrastructure management and operations.

• Valid CCNA certification is mandatory for this position.

• Experience managing hybrid environments and implementing cloud-based solutions.
