Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration (retail / multi-outlet environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure setup including PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, CCTV systems, network cabling, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Familiar with Windows OS, basic server administration, email systems (e.g. Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace), and user access management
• Working knowledge of network troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, and software issue resolution
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and incident management skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize issues, and work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and coordination skills to support users across different outlets
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong sense of responsibility

How you succeed
We are seeking experienced IT Asset Specialists to implement and oversee the lifecycle management of IT assets across the organization. This role ensures compliance to bank’s define policy and regulatory requirements on asset related, cost optimization, and efficient utilization of hardware, software, and related resources. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of IT asset management best practices. This role also requires utilizing AI tools’ capabilities to effectively perform IT Asset Management.

What you do

• Develop and maintain IT asset management policies and procedures.

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (Hardware and Software) from onboarding/procurement, deployment, maintenance, to retirement and disposal.

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets using asset management tools and databases.

• Maintain accurate configuration items associated with the asset onboarded.

• Ensure compliance with IT assets with define bank’s security guideline and regulatory expectation on IT asset management

• Collaborate with asset owners to streamline process to enhance lifecycle process and inventory data accuracy.

• Perform regular governance and audits and reconciliations of IT assets to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.

• Analyse asset data to continuous detect discrepancies, SLA noncompliance, process gaps, utilization asset usage and cost.

• Conduct testing of new IT Asset Management features implemented.

• Support IT teams in providing asset-related information and ensuring timely availability of required assets.

• Train and support staff on asset management policies and systems.

• Utilize AI tools effectively for Asset Management and tracking

• Improve and drive AI adoption in the IT Asset management space

  Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT asset management or a related IT operations role.

  • Strong knowledge of IT asset management best practices, tools and software licensing models.

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks

  • Familiarity with tools such as Device 42, Armis, Flexera etc is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and capabilities is a significant plus.

  Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM)

  • ITIL Foundation Certification

  • Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
