Responsibilities:
· Converts HR documents, including employee handbooks, training materials, policies, and internal communication between languages while ensuring high accuracy, context & confidentiality.
· Adhere to strict data privacy guidelines, protecting sensitive employee data and company information.
· Person in-charge for department audit (ISO14001, 9001, 27001 etc).
· Analyze training needs across all departments to identify skills gaps.
· Conduct orientation sessions to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the organization.
· Update tardiness report.
· Being part of the Industrial Relation (IR) for every disciplinary cases.
· Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

· Good communication and negotiation skills to minimize conflict and maximize rapport.
· Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
· Must be able to always display the utmost discretion when dealing with any sensitive or personal issue.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat
· Must be able to perform Multitasking.
Minimum supervision and self-discipline.
Bachelor's Degree / in Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Studies/ Management or equivalent.
Candidates with experience in translator is good advantage.
Fresh graduate from linguistic background study is encouraged to apply for this position.
