Tugas & tanggungjawab

Tanggungjawab Kewangan & Perakaunan

• Mengendalikan set lengkap akaun, termasuk Akaun Belum Bayar (AP), Akaun Belum Terima (AR), Lejar Am (GL) dan penyelarasan bank.
• Mengurus dan memproses e-Invois mengikut keperluan LHDN.
• Pantau akaun pelanggan dan susulan baki tertunggak, dan sediakan laporan penuaan AR mingguan.
• Sediakan dan siarkan entri perakaunan, jurnal dan jadual sokongan dengan tepat dan tepat pada masanya.
• Menyediakan tuntutan wang runcit, tuntutan kakitangan dan bayaran utiliti.
• Menguruskan kemudahan bank, hal ehwal perbankan dan pembayaran luar negara.
• Menyokong keseluruhan operasi dan transaksi Kewangan dan Perakaunan.
• Bertanggungjawab untuk penutupan akaun pengurusan akhir bulan dan akhir tahun yang tepat dan tepat pada masanya.
• Menyediakan laporan kewangan bulanan.
• Berhubung dengan pihak luar termasuk juruaudit, ejen cukai, setiausaha syarikat dan pegawai bank.
• Melaksanakan sebarang tugas ad-hoc lain yang diarahkan oleh Pihak Pengurusan.

Tanggungjawab Sumber Manusia

• Memproses gaji bulanan, termasuk kerja lebih masa, elaun dan potongan cuti tanpa gaji
• Mengurus dan menyelenggara rekod kehadiran, cuti dan cuti sakit (MC) pekerja.
• Menyediakan dan mengeluarkan surat dan dokumentasi HR, termasuk surat amaran, surat tunjuk sebab, notis tatatertib dan surat-menyurat berkaitan pekerja yang lain.
• Berhubung dengan agensi kerajaan mengenai perkara berkaitan HR.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR professional to oversee our full-spectrum HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll management, statutory compliance, and government affairs. As our company continues to grow across our corporate office and multiple factory sites, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, timely payroll, and up-to-date licensing and certifications with Malaysian authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management: Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately and ensure timely submission of all statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/HRD Corp).
• Government Liaison & Applications: Act as the primary point of contact to follow up on applications with government bodies such as MIDA, MITI, JTK (Labour Department), DOSH, and Immigration (for foreign worker management/quotas if applicable).
• Company Certifications & Licensing: Monitor, renew, and secure necessary factory licenses, business permits, and industry certifications (e.g., MyHIJAU, environmental permits, or local council licenses) to ensure full operational compliance.
• HR Administration: Maintain updated employee records, manage onboarding/offboarding, and handle general office administration for our HQ and factory locations.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2–5 years of solid experience in handling HR, payroll, and government applications within Malaysia. Experience in a manufacturing, factory, or trading environment is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge: Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Skills: Proven track record of independently handling and following up on complex government documentation and certification processes.
• Attributes: Highly organized, proactive in following up with government officers, and capable of working independently.
• Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage for factory coordination).

1. Assist the HR & Admin Manager in all HR-related matters to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.
2. Involved in the full spectrum of HR activities including employee engagement, employee relations, orientation and training, payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment, learning and development and performance management. 

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talents.
2. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
3. Collaborate with department heads to ensure workforce planning aligns with business objectives. 

Business Partnering Role:

1. To assist in managing employment dispute, provide guidance and advice in handling staff disciplinary and personal grievance cases and union matters.
2. Ensure proper implementation of terms and conditions and observance of relevant labor legislation.
3. Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment practices and regulations.
