• Assist in advising local & international clients on corporate and commercial law matters.

• Bertanggungjawab terhadap perancangan dan pengurusan sumber manusia syarikat secara keseluruhan.

• Bertanggungjawab untuk pengambilan pekerja, onboarding, latihan, penggajian dan pengurusan perhubungan pekerja.

• Menyelaras dengan agensi pekerja asing dan mengendalikan perkara berkaitan pekerja asing

• Memastikan syarikat mematuhi undang-undang buruh dan peraturan syarikat Malaysia.

• Mengurus fail pekerja dan dokumen kakitangan

• Membantu pihak pengurusan dalam mengendalikan urusan HR harian

Keperluan pekerjaan:

• Mempunyai Diploma/Ijazah dalam Sumber Manusia atau bidang berkaitan

• 3 hingga 5 tahun pengalaman HR dalam industri pembuatan

• Mahir dengan undang-undang buruh Malaysia

• Keutamaan akan diberikan kepada calon yang mempunyai pengalaman dalam mengendalikan pekerja asing.

• Boleh berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Cina, Inggeris dan Melayu

• Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan koordinasi yang cemerlang

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall Human Resource planning and management

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll and employee relations

• Coordinate with foreign worker agencies on recruitment and management matters

• Ensure compliance with Malaysia Labour Law and company policies

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Support management in HR operational matters

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

• 3 – 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing industry

• Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and labour regulations

• Experience handling foreign workers will be an added advantage

• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
