Role Summary

The IT Service Governance, Quality and Improvement Manager is responsible for establishing and governing the operational control framework for IT support services across the project. • Support internal and external audits by providing evidence, documentation, process records, and remediation tracking.

5) IT Asset Lifecycle Governance

• Provide governance oversight for IT asset lifecycle processes, including asset registration, tracking, reconciliation, and disposal.
• Support the maintenance of a centralized asset inventory repository as the single source of truth for customer IT assets.
• Monitor compliance with asset management procedures and identify discrepancies, duplicates, missing records, and control gaps.
• Define inventory ownership, verification requirements, and escalation paths to support governance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with asset management teams to ensure asset data integrity and alignment with governance standards.

6) Stakeholder Engagement and Enablement (10%)

Qualifications

Requirements and Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT governance, service assurance, quality management, operational compliance, or continuous improvement within IT infrastructure or managed services environments.
• Proven experience in establishing governance processes or quality frameworks from scratch, preferably in live operational environments.
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes, especially incident, request, change, and problem management.

Job Requirements

Your objective is to leverage global internal and external resources to define and enable technology roadmaps, execute business processes, and drive network integration alignment to achieve world-class manufacturing performances. Examples include leveraging collaboration with process & equipment to integrate from structural, device, as well as reliability, drive yield improvement, reliability development, process margin optimization, thru-put optimization, cash cost optimization, and continuous improvement project prioritization and execution to project timelines.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Drive improvements in advance technology Integration development, and collaborate with advance process and equipment team to develop a technology from taking over from R&D to mass production

• Drive integrated solution strategizing yield development, CMOS device development, Reliability development and qualification requirement.

• Drive Yield improvement, achieve best in class TTMCY (time to mature yield) for new technology

• Manage new product Qualification Planning, coordination, and problem resolution.  Collaborate with the Product Engineering/FAB/Global Quality/Business Units (PE/FAB/GQ/BU) teams to ensure critical product milestones are met.

• Interface with TD to deliver Best in class NAND CMOS performance with high speed to support AI, data center etc.

• Interface with TD cell team and reliability team to deliver world class NAND cell process, resolve qualification issues.

• Deliver Industry Benchmark Methods at the Lowest Cost in Your Area(s) of Responsibility

• Execute quarterly internal benchmarking to identify gaps in performance for your area(s) of responsibility. Prioritize those gaps to meet site and corporate business plan needs, and focus resources (internally across network and/or externally with Suppliers) to close the gaps.

• Manage stage gate process and new product introduction.

In this role, you will be responsible for the success of our outlets by leading ahigh-performing team to exceed revenue targets and deliver product and service excellence in accordance with our strategic plans.

Job Description

The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing budgets, developing and implementing operational strategies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include analysing performance metrics, managing and mentoring team members, and fostering strong communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

A. Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and manage a team of managers, including Operations Executive, Head Baristas and Outlet Managers.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members in collaboration with HR, ensuring they are equipped for long-term success.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and build succession plans to support team development and retention.

B. Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all outlets to ensure smooth execution, quality assurance, and brand alignment.
• Develop, implement, and refine SOPs and workflows to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure product quality, service excellence, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are upheld at all locations.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports on KPIs, operational challenges, and improvement plans.
• Respond to customer escalations and implement service recovery processes.

C. Supplier & Vendor Management

• Drive sales and profitability through effective inventory management, cost controls, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with key suppliers to ensure product quality, pricing competitiveness, and favourable cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Manage vendor relationships, third-party contracts, and oversee regular facilities maintenance.
• Lead planning and execution of store facelifts, refurbishments, and major renovation projects

D. Strategic Execution

• Execute company initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product launches in alignment with operational capabilities.
• Ensure operational readiness and seamless execution for new store openings or relocations.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to gather feedback and continuously enhance workflows and offerings.
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions for improvement and innovation.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, F&B, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in F&B or multi-site retail operations with 2 or more outlets
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Demonstrated leadership with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong interpersonal skills.
• A track record of driving commercial performance and operational improvements.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and systems-driven; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
