Job Summary
Support the operations of a patient liaison centre, ensuring smooth coordination of patient services, appointments, and VIP engagements. Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high service standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily operations including patient appointments, admissions, and liaison services
• Coordinate VIP/VVIP patient journeys and visits with internal stakeholders
• Supervise and guide frontline operations staff
• Review and improve workflows to enhance service quality and efficiency
• Handle service issues, complaints, and implement service recovery
• Support reporting, data tracking, and operational analysis
• Participate in projects and initiatives to improve patient experience
• Perform frontline duties when required
• Support 24/7 on-call rotation
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare or service-related roles
