Required competencies and certifications

Possess a valid BSCC certification as a basic requirement

Demonstrate working knowledge of construction tools and equipment to support site operations

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings to guide project execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Proficient in both Mandarin and English to facilitate clear communication on site

Minimum 3 years of relevant construction experience to ensure effective project supervision

Availability to start work immediately or as soon as possible
