Financial Management & Reporting

• Independently manage the full finance and accounting functions of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and company accounts, including review of work performed by team members.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Position Purpose

The Operational Risk Manager is responsible to ensure current and emerging risks are proactively identified and managed through internal control mechanisms and procedures within Client Engagement and Financial Security and Transversal perimeters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and BNPP Group standards. - Review overnight operational‑risk alerts and new incident reports; confirm control‑plan results are uploaded and evidence archived.

- Lead the daily huddle with two OPC analysts – assign remediation tasks, track RCSA adaptations, coach on methodology updates.

- Prepare concise updates for the Local COO and the OPC Committee, highlighting control trends, material incidents, and remediation status.

- Conduct root‑cause analyses with business‑line/IT partners, agree corrective actions and implementation timelines.

We are seeking an experienced HR & Operations Manager to oversee both human resourcesfunctions and daily operational processes in our Japan office.

This is a fast-paced, overseas-based role. It is critical in ensuring smooth business operations, supporting organizational growth, and building astrong internal structure. You will be responsible for managing HR processes, improving operational efficiency, and acting as a key support to leadership indriving business performance.

Work Arrangement

Initial 3–6months based in Kuala Lumpur (KL), followed by relocation to Japan. Full relocation support provided, including visa sponsorship and housing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources Management

• Oversee full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations and handle HR-related matters
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Japan labour laws and regulations

2. Operations Management

• Manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and optimize operational processes and workflows
• Coordinate with different departments to support business activities
• Monitor operational performance and identify improvement areas
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and cost control

3. Business Support & Coordination

• Act as a liaison between management and internal teams
• Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives
• Ensure alignment across teams and smooth communication
• Handle ad-hoc projects and operational challenges

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in HR, Operations, or a combined role
• Strong understanding of HR practices and Japan employment regulations
• Experience in operations management and process improvement
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, tech, or fast-growing companies
• Experience supporting regional or international teams
• Knowledge of HR systems and operational tools
• Background in startup or scaling environments
