• 對機器進行日常操作前檢查和例行維護檢查。

• 確保作業期間及作業後工作場所保持清潔安全。

要求：

• 必須持有有效的 JPJ“H”級駕照（H 級 - 履帶式/輪式拖拉機/移動式起重機）。
• 必須持有有效的CIDB綠卡（由CIDB認證）。
• 擁有豐富的建築工地挖土機操作員經驗。
• 良好的身體健康狀況和對工作場所安全的堅定承諾。

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Kendalikan backhoe dengan selamat dan cekap untuk kerja-kerja penggalian, penggalian parit, pemuatan dan penggredan.
• Menjalankan pemeriksaan pra-operasi harian dan pemeriksaan penyelenggaraan rutin ke atas mesin.
• Patuhi arahan penyelia tapak, pelan pembinaan dan peraturan keselamatan dengan ketat.
• Pastikan tapak kerja sentiasa bersih dan selamat semasa dan selepas operasi.

Keperluan:

• Mesti memiliki Lesen JPJ 'H' yang sah (Kelas H - Traktor Bertrek/Beroda/Kren Bergerak).
• Mesti mempunyai Kad Hijau CIDB yang sah (Disahkan oleh CIDB).
• Pengalaman terbukti sebagai Operator Backhoe di tapak pembinaan.
• Kesihatan fizikal yang baik dan komitmen yang tinggi terhadap keselamatan tempat kerja.

• Respond, Propose and Recommend company products to Industrial End Users inquiries
• Develop and establishing new customers and re-activate inactive customers in assigned territory – Klang Valley & Perak
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies; propose countermeasures to gain market share
• Obtain market feedbacks on competitors accounts and movement, pricing and to recommend attack/counter attack strategies such as pricing to gain market shares.
• Prepare technical presentation and promote company product and services

Job Requirement :-

• At least 3 years working experience with related field is required this position with industrial sales experience is advantage.
• Proficient in spoken and written English is essential, as well as other local dialects would be an advantage
• Able to perform under pressure and independently in a fast paced and ever-changing environment and able to work independently.
• Computer skills knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Test Strategy & Development

• Develop cost-effective and high-efficiency test solutions for GaN and Silicon device families.
• Create, debug, and release test programs on discrete testers and mixed signal ATE platforms. Lead the transition of legacy platforms to new technology nodes.

Hardware Design & Requirements

• Lead the design reviews and acceptance of high-performance test interface hardware provided by external vendors.

Renesas is seeking for a supplier quality engineer for its Outsourced assembly and test subcontractor management. The Subcontractor Quality Engineer is responsible for providing support of Supplier Quality Systems through identification and evaluation of key process metrics, verification of Renesas specific requirements, support of Quality and risk mitigation activities, continuous improvements, audits and implementation of best-known-practices. This role ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed and assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO/TS16949 wherever applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Quality Management & Liaison

Act as the primary quality interface between suppliers and Renesas, ensuring alignment with quality requirements and expectations.

Quality Excursion Management & Corrective Actions

Lead the investigation of quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D) and drive effective corrective and preventive actions to closure.

Supplier Audit, Certification & Change Control

This role would suit a determined problem-solver, who can think logically for troubleshooting issues and has the willingness to travel.
