Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and safety practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure. Proficient in project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office applications. Familiar with BCA, LTA, and relevant Singapore regulatory requirements. Possession of a valid WSH Safety Supervisor / bizSAFE / BCSS certification (advantage). Class 3 driving license preferred. WORKING CONDITIONS: Full-time, site-based position. Working hours: As per project schedule (may include weekends/public holidays depending on site progress). Locations: Various construction sites across Singapore.
