• Utilise predictive analytics and AI-driven forecasting tools to optimise project planning and improve scheduling accuracy.
• Use Construction IQ and AI-powered risk assessment tools to identify and mitigate potential project risks related to cost, schedule, quality, and compliance.
• Establish early warning systems through key risk indicators (KRIs) and automated alerts to notify stakeholders of deviations from the project plan
• Maintain a continuous risk assessment framework that enables real-time adjustments in resource allocation, scheduling, and execution strategies.
• Integrate sustainability KPIs into project planning, tracking energy efficiency, carbon footprint, and material lifecycle performance.
• Establish data-driven performance benchmarks for subcontractors and suppliers to drive accountability and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability certifications and regulatory requirements, embedding them into the project workflow.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's Degree in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

·       At least 5–8 years of experience in project management within the construction or built environment sector.

·       Familiarity with project risk management and contract management.

·       Strong understanding of Green Building Standards (and sustainability compliance.

·       Proven experience in data-driven project management, preferably in the built environment sector.
