REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

Main Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the overall marketing strategy for the hotel to drive sustainable revenue growth across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Events, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s commercial objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

Operation

• Conduct daily briefings and ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members

• Preferably, has experience the entire build cycle of data center facility in country such as Malaysia or Thailand.

• Proficient in design, modeling & drafting tools: AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, Bluebeam, and similar software.
