We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a valid Singapore Class 3/4 driving license to facilitate site visits and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and subcontractors efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, permits, and contracts.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and procurement of materials.
- Resolve issues that arise during construction phases.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, Electrical works and project planning.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3/4 driving license with Singapore experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
