Business Development & Sales Strategy
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
Serve as the primary of contact for strategic accounts and high-value prospects
monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that address client requirements
Client Relationship Management
Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Understand client business objectives and provide value-added recommendations
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and appointments with clients
Proactively resolve client concerns and escalate issues as necessary
Team & Process Coordination
Coordinate with project, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of products /services
Support management with sales reporting, marketing insights, and strategic planning
Contribute to process improvements for efficiency in sales, client management, and collections
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales management
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Highly organized and proactive
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence key stakeholders
