ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the standard and the quality set by the company.
• Always ensure compliance with all legally required hygiene and safety practices, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and other relevant areas.
• Follow the instructions and recommendations from immediate supervisors and coordinate daily tasks with Junior Sous Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
• Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing basis.
• Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
• Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels for baking and kitchen operations, ensuring timely procurement and efficient use of ingredients and materials.
• Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly and non-political working environment.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to enhance kitchen efficiency and ensure smooth operational flow.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• A valid food hygiene certification is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, colleagues, and third parties, positively representing the brand and the company.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Outlet cleaning and set-up to get ready for operations
• Offer prompt, friendly and efficient service to all guests
• Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations
• Drinks ordering, bill payment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up and bottle service for all guest
• Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed
• Orientation & buddy system for newly join staff
• Full-timer side tasks such as staging and furniture movement for normal Ops & events, poster update etc
• Outlet closing and cleaning
• Update guests about current and upcoming promotions
• Attend to guests’ needs promptly

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Crew / Bartender

• Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control
• Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and glassware
• Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards

Security

• Conduct security and bag checks on patrons
• Ensure the premises are secure and watch out for fire or any safety hazards
• Protect and safeguard premises, assets
• Provide customer service to all guests
• *Candidate will be required to own PLRD license

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
• Responsible for the constant supply of beverage stock
• Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce
• Maintains stock, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner
• Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control
• Checks guests at the bar for proper identification
• Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained. Demonstrates knowledge of liquor laws
• Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed
• Locks up and stores all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits and cash drops; secures bank
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized
• Arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area
• Wash glassware

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of liquor laws and ensure that they are adhered to all times without fail
• Good drinks product knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving
