Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate cyclical maintenance and Addition & Alteration (A&A) works. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of cyclical maintenance and A&A projects.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and documentation for management.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or A&A projects.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, civil works, and safety regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
