Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, retailers, and business partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and quotation to negotiation and closing
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports
Work closely with management and operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders
Represent the company in meetings, trade events, and business networking opportunities
Handle customer feedback and resolve commercial issues professionally
Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team, where applicable
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
At least 1 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in jewellery, luxury products, wholesale trade, or related industries
Strong track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business
Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Strong market awareness and commercial acumen
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and stakeholders
