Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to students’ levels and learning goals (for Primary level and/or secondary level/or A level)
• To be involved in curriculum development/revision
• Provide regular feedback, track student progress, and suggest improvements.
• To be involved in programme development
• Maintain professional communication with students (and parents if applicable).
• To assist after school care programme and any adhoc tasks given by company.

Requirements:

- At least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in English Language or equivalent

- Able to work tuition centre working hours

Job Responsibilities:

· Promote the school’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values (VMC) to prospective families throughout the admissionsprocess.

· Provide clear and timely information about our curriculum, programs, and school life.

· Guide families through every step of the admissions journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet enrollment targets.

· Conduct engaging campus tours and highlight key features and benefits of HWA International School.

· Follow up on inquiries from prospective families to support their admissions decision.

· Maintain accurate records of admissions activities using our CRM system.

· Work closely with the marketing team to produce compelling enrollment campaigns and promotional content.

· Represent the school at education fairs, open houses, and admissions events.

· Consistently work toward achieving individual and team enrollment goals.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Marketing, Business, Education or a related field.

· At least 1 year of experience in sales or working in a target-driven environment, preferably within the education sector.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail.

· A proactive and collaborative approach, able to work independently and within a team.

· Passion for supporting families through the admissions and enrollment process.
