Job Summary
Manage construction projects by coordinating teams, supervising site activities, liaising with clients and consultants, ensuring compliance with regulations, and producing accurate project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Communicate essential project information and coordinate team actions to resolve open issues and escalate impediments for timely project completion
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities, ensuring effective coordination of sub-contract works to maintain project progress
- Liaise with clients and consultants to facilitate project requirements and maintain clear communication throughout project phases
- Produce accurate reports and documentation before and after project completion to support project tracking and compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations by preparing permit applications, plans, and compliance reports
- Assist in updating As-Built drawings on site to reflect accurate project changes and completion status
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a minimum Vocational certificate or equivalent
- Possess at least 2 years of working experience in construction works
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and apply strong interpersonal skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in AutoCAD drafting to support project documentation and design updates
