Responsibilities
Oversee daily shop operations by scheduling staff, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth customer flow to optimize service delivery
Hire, train, and supervise therapists to maintain team performance and adherence to quality and service standards
Resolve customer complaints and implement feedback-driven improvements to sustain high customer satisfaction
Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and tracking usage to maintain adequate resources
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards by training staff on sanitation protocols and overseeing equipment maintenance
