JobDescription:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a background in freight forwarding to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
KeyResponsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Understand client shipping needs and offer customized logistics solutions
Prepare quotations, follow up on sales leads, and close deals
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of sales experience in freight forwarding (air/sea/land). Candidate without experience are also welcome
Strong knowledge of logistics operations and Incoterms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
Possess own client network (preferred but not mandatory)
