Job Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager to plan, schedule the manpower and plant.
* Ensure smooth daily operation of work activities on site.
* Supervise subordinates to complete the operations in a safe manner.
* Supervise and coordinate work activities with contractors to ensure timely schedule of work
* Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations during supervision of work
* Ensure work activities meet the required standards and specifications
* Carry out site inspections and assist with documentation work
Job Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related disciplines
* Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site management experience
* Prior experience in Singapore construction projects is highly preferred (residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use developments)
* Strong knowledge of Singapore construction practices, BCA requirements, and site procedures
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
* Good organizational and planning skills
